By using AdultSkilledTrades.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
We provide career information, directories, a job board aggregating third-party listings, and AI-powered career tools (resume/CV builder, cover letter builder, mock interviews). Free accounts store your saved jobs and created content. Paid plans, where offered, are described at purchase and billed through Stripe.
Job listings come from third-party sources (including official government job boards and aggregators) and from organizations posting directly. We don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or outcomes, and we are not a party to any application or employment relationship. Program, funding, and salary information is provided for general guidance from official sources and can change — always confirm with the official body. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
Don't: scrape or bulk-harvest the Service; post false, discriminatory, or unlawful listings; attempt to breach security or others' accounts; use the Service to spam; or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
You own the content you create (resumes, cover letters, listings). You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it to provide the Service. The Service itself — design, text, code, branding — is our intellectual property; don't copy it.
Paid plans renew as described at purchase and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Consumer withdrawal/cooling-off rights required by your local law (e.g. UK/EU 14-day rights for digital services, provincial consumer law in Canada) are honoured where they apply.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects statutory consumer rights in the UK, EU, or Canada.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. Sections that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers in the UK, EU, and Canada may bring claims in their local courts where their law provides.
